Initial Consultations
We offer a free 15 minute chat at our studio where we’ll talk with you about your project and answer any questions you may have.
Scope of Work
We’ll create a proposal for you that will outline our strategic approach to move forward with your project.
Architectural / Interior Design
We offer Architectural Design and/or Interior Design services that will ensure your concept & final designs align with your vision.
Construction Pricing
Once your design is signed off and construction documentation is created, we’ll then commence the construction pricing stage. Once complete, we’ll meet with you to present your construction proposal, and will work through any questions you may have.
Construction
This is when we breathe life into your vision. Once your construction proposal is signed off, we’ll manage this stage of your project by aligning a schedule & managing logistics of multiple tradespeople - builders, roofing & scaffolding contractors, structural steel specialists, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, painters/decorators, tilers, flooring experts, custom joinery installers and more. Our aim is to ensure your project is completed on time, within budget, and as designed.
Product Sourcing
We’ll curate the finishing touches for your space, including soft furnishings, window treatments, and accessories. This includes ordering, tracking, and managing all purchases.
Installation and Styling
From hanging curtains and artwork, to positioning furniture - we can help put these finishing touches on your project.
